This skirt is just stellar with light and dark blue stars and silver metallic sparkle threads on a snowy white background.  A silky white fringe is sewn all around the edge.  These skirts are all machine sewn; not glued.  Made in the U.S.A. by Tidbits Handmade Miniatures.
