PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa and MasterCard through our own Merchant
Services provider or Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through
PayPal. Both are safe and secure. Some folks have a preference, so we carry
both. We also accept check by mail and International money orders.
Shopping Cart: For the fastest turnaround time pay by credit or debit
card.

Mail: Payments by checks by mail, money order or International money
order: When paying by check please include your driver's license number and
expiration on the front of the check. Personal checks are accepted for domestic
orders only. Add 5 business days to the shipping time for check clearance.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Beautiful Gift Certificates are available in any
amount in $5.00 increments ($20, $25, $30, etc.). See the product index for
a picture and details.
SHIPPING: Generally, items will ship within 2 business days upon receipt
of order. If there is a variance, the customer will be contacted immediately.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (incl. Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories): All orders
less than $25.00 will be shipped 1st class mail, uninsured, unless requested
otherwise. Orders over $25.00 will be shipped Priority Mail via the U.S. Post
Office, insured. MiniChristmas, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged
during shipping. Please report all damage claims to the shipper immediately,
and then contact us.

FEDERAL EXPRESS: Because our company is a member of the Craft and Hobby
Association we are entitled to certain benefits which we are passing on to you,
our valued customers. One of these benefits is an 18-24% discount on all FED
EX shipments, both domestic and international. It's just one more reason to
shop MiniChristmas, Inc. for all your Christmas needs. Call us for a quote,
or make a note in the comments area during checkout that you would like your
order shipped FedEx and we will email you a corrected "balance due"
amount.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders are shipped Global Priority
Mail and are not insured. A $10.00 additional charge will be added to all international
orders to cover the additional shipping costs. We do not guarantee or assume
responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. If you wish to insure your parcel
please contact us and we will bill you separately before shipping. All shipping
costs must be prepaid before shipping.

DROP-SHIP ITEMS: Drop-ship items are marked as such on the item description.
Regular shipping times do not apply. Upon
receipt of an order for a drop-ship item the artist will be contacted and
then the customer will be notified within 2 business days of the ship date
by e-mail. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
RETURNS: All returns must be pre-authorized by our office. Returns
will be accepted up to 30 days from the invoice date. If the item was broken
during shipping you must save all original packaging and contact the shipper
as well as our office. Returned
items must be sent back in original sale condition (except shipping damage).
BACK ORDERS: At this time we do not accept back orders. Due to the changeability
in the artisan pool and because many things are and will be one-of-a-kind, limited
editions, small batch and closeout items, back orders would be impractical.
When we run out of a product we will often reorder if that is possible but cannot
guarantee arrival dates. For these reasons we suggest that if you find something
you really like consider purchasing now rather than later, it may not come again.
The good news is we will present the miniatures community with an everchanging
array of products in growing numbers from more and more countries around the
world.
NSF CHECKS AND REJECTED CREDIT CARDS: Any customer whose check returns
NSF will incur a $50.00 charge.
SALES TAX: Illinois residents will be charged state sales tax of 10%
on the net amount of the order excluding shipping charges. |
